VirtuVolt is specified from the load backward: energy storage, intelligent control, power conversion, and the mechanical package—engineered as a single configuration tailored to your application.
The product is more than a battery
We manufacture application-specific power systems from a modular LFP platform. We create value by integrating four layers around the customer’s load—not by shipping a catalog voltage and leaving the rest to the buyer.
Energy storage
12.8–48 V modules, up to 15 kWh. Series/parallel scale. Individual module liquid/base-plate thermal management.
Intelligent management
Cell-level protection plus managed performance: adaptive limits, diagnostics, cloud, OTA.
Power conditioning
DC/DC, DC/AC, AC/DC, bidirectional PCS. 5–250 kW class.
Application interface
AC power, regulated DC, charging, traction, backup, and site power—as a finished interface.
What is unique vs. what is common
Many offerings now list modular LFP, IP66, adaptive BMS, cloud monitoring, PCS, CAN, and OTA. Those items are the expected baseline. Suitability is determined by whether they are integrated around your load.
Configured energy storage
Voltage, capacity, and string topology are set to the load.
Integrated controls
BMS, thermal control, and application power control in one software and diagnostic structure.
Selected power conversion
The conversion stage is chosen with the pack, not bolted on later.
Application-specific mechanics
Enclosure, mounts, cooling loop, and connectors designed for the vehicle, trailer, or site.

Module-level liquid thermal management
Cooling and heating at the module—not a single shared loop across mismatched enclosures.
